So I read this announcement about keynote gold. Is there a real jackpot of money with this game? Didn't know what board to post this question on.
Bea
Haven't tried it yet, but the news file says that keno pays out more than it used to.
As far as which board your question would go on, zone suggestions probably would be better, but since folks usually read topics with new posts, this is just fine.

Actually there is a board category called zone questions or something similar. Anyway, to answer your question, no real money is given away by the zone. You can only win points.
@Post1: This is Keno K e n o, the popular gambling game. Not Keynote K e y n o t e.
Oh wow, I didn't even notice she was talking about something called keynote. I thought she was referring to the keno game here on the zone. LOL
thanks; wondered about the spelling too, but wondered more about real money.
I didn't notice the spelling either.
Unfortunately, the points we win for playing the games aren't worth anything but bragging rites.
There's a game on there (I forget the name) where they tried to let you bid on things like name changes, but that didn't work out so good.

I saw the words michigan lottery and that is where I figured there was money involved. I saw that in the original announcement.
I think the admin who put up the announcement was referring to the numbers in the keno game which are apparently the same numbers used in the Michigan lottery.
If there was real money, you would first spend money to gamble at getting real money back. If they did real money, you would spend some of yours first and then most who spent it wouldn't get any back.
This site is like PartyPoker.net or other gaming sites used to be, in some ways. It's virtual chips, you don't spend your own money, but the tradeoff is you won't get any real money either.
